New Prints Arriving! New Appointments to be made!

We have new prints arriving for a new month! December is a busy time but we're doing our best to get your prints to you before things get crazy. 

We have appointments available in Sydney from the 5th December - 8th December and if you're in Melbourne we have appointments available from the 12th December - 16th December. If you need an appointment at another time we'll do our best to help you out!

Inspiration

It's starting to get in to the swing of summer here in Sydney, and there is beautiful inspiration to be found everywhere, flowers are blooming, the water is gleaming from the sun and the sky is a vibrant blue. 

I thought I would take you for a quick tour around my neighbourhood and show you what I found!

642 things to draw

On my walk today I found this book 642 things to draw, in the Koskela pop up store in Potts Point. It reminded me of being about 7 or 8 years old lying on the floor with my paper and pencils at the ready,  not knowing what to draw and sitting forever trying to think of something that was cool enough. This book takes the hassle out of all of that! You should definitely check out the Koskela pop up store too, it has some cool stuff, it even has a fish pond and a sun roof!

How great are the prints from the Carven Spring 2012 show? I especially love the zig zag in every colour, very cool.

I love the prints in the new Balenciaga collection, especially the simple black and white mixed prints, I think it's a great way of mixing prints if you're a little scared of it, without being too crazy!

This adorable little fishy print was developed by White Riot for New York's Shown to Scale(Formerly Made New York) Spring/Summer 12 collection. The owner, Silke has a great store in Brooklyn and she carries a range of vintage, new and designer consignment clothing as well as her own label Shown to Scale. Mailing List Competition Winner!

Hi everyone! Long time no read. After heading back from printsource in New York, I've been pretty busy working on prints and visiting China, and I've been a bit lazy on the blog side of things,  I'm going to make a big effort not to let it be so long between posts, next time. Anyway I just wanted to say congratulations to Daniela who won the mailing list competition. Daniela got this lovely little parcel in the post. If you're wondering how I picked the winner I closed my eyes real tight and pointed to mailing list on my screen, after a few attempts where I ended up completely missing everyone, Daniela came up the winner!
